Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease the bottom and sides of a bundt pan.
Using a food processor, blender, or immersion blender, pureé the apricots and set aside.
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
Add flour, baking powder, and butter, blend until smooth.
Stir in yogurt, then add apricots and vanilla.
Bake for 55 minutes, then remove from oven.
Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar.
