Kale Chips

Healthy kale chips are delicious when craving something a bit salty and a whole lot nutritious.
Course Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Jungle Farm kale
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Wash kale and pat dry. Tear into bite size pieces and spritz with olive oil. Spread evenly on a cookie sheet.
  • Sprinkle with salt and parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes or watch carefully as you broil for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn half way through. The kale should be crispy and bright green.
  • Eat immediately or can be sprinkled on soup or in a salad.
