Kale Chips
Healthy kale chips are delicious when craving something a bit salty and a whole lot nutritious.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Jungle Farm kale
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Wash kale and pat dry. Tear into bite size pieces and spritz with olive oil. Spread evenly on a cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle with salt and parmesan cheese.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes or watch carefully as you broil for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn half way through. The kale should be crispy and bright green.
- Eat immediately or can be sprinkled on soup or in a salad.
