
Saskatoon Berry Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cup saskatoons or blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- In medium sized bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar.
- Add the eggs, one at a time. Mixing after each.
- Slowly stir in milk.
- Pour liquid into dry ingredients.
- Stir just until moistened. Fold in the berries.
- Bake for 25 – 30 minutes in a greased muffin tin or use paper muffin cups.
