Quench your thirst with a Jungle Farm water bottle!
Remember when we asked how you felt about the new Jungle Farm-themed water bottles? The answer is clear, since they are disappearing from The General Store shelves!
These are one of the creations produced by Lakeisha and Kelsey Robertson, a mom and daughter team from west of Bowden. Along with the water bottles, they produce mugs, jewelry, tumblers, wind spinners, aprons and more.
“We use a sublimation process for printing designs using special ink. It’s a process that infuses onto the surface of the product, no matter the material,” said Lakeisha, who works full time as an elementary school teacher.
“I feel like we’re playing around when we’re doing it! It’s a fun hobby and I’m glad people seem to like the products.”
Their custom orders, like the strawberry themes they produced for The Jungle Farm, are popular. They have designed corporate products with company logos, dance studio gifts, and even grad cups for a school. For people who just started producing the crafts last year, that is quick success!
