Mix the flour and spices together.
In separate bowl, beat the eggs.
Slice the onion and separate each ring. Place each individual ring into the flour mixture and coat evenly.
Once coated, dip each ring into the egg mixture, and finally place in the breadcrumb mixture. Ensure each is evenly coated with breadcrumbs.
Use an airfryer or convection oven at 400 degrees. Place each ring as a single layer on the cooking tray and cook for 10 minutes, until golden.
These will be very hot, so be careful taking the first bite! Enjoy.
