Classic Mixed Berry Spinach Salad
This colourful salad uses fresh greens & berries, along with berry vinaigrette, that you'll find right here at The Jungle Farm!
Ingredients
- 6 cups Jungle Farm baby spinach
- 1 cup Jungle Farm strawberries
- 1/2 cup Jungle Farm raspberries
- 1/2 cup Blueberries (our new plants may be ready!)
- 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 1/3 cup Jungle Farm red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup pecans, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup Jungle Farm raspberry viniagrette
Instructions
- Simply add everything to a bowl and toss together!
