Looking to join us in our greenhouse to plant your summer flower baskets, herb pots or vegetable pots? Our greenhouse opens May!  You will find: unique hanging flower baskets, lettuce gardens and tomato plants, vegetable transplants, bedding plants, herb pots, strawberry plants, perennials, and more!

Garden Plant Packages 2026

Growing your own produce? Our Garden Plant Package helps you jumpstart your garden with plants from our greenhouse, ready for your garden. Our garden box has become a popular option for many gardeners! You will choose from a variety of vegetables that we start here at the farm, then you take home the transplants to plant in your own garden at the right time.

Field to Jar - Jam Making

Saturday, July 25 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm

Leona will lead this cooked jam event – you will pick your berries from our fields and go home with a jar of jam you’ve made yourself! Learn about different types of jam and enjoy a summer afternoon at The Jungle Farm.

A minimum of 10 people is required for this class to go ahead.
Minimum age is 16 years, as we will be working with hot sugar.

Custom Flower Basket Planting

You are invited to The Jungle Farm to play in dirt with us! Join us in our greenhouse and plant your summer flower baskets, herb pots, or vegetable pots. Choose the colour and type of flowers you want. We will tend your pots in our nice warm greenhouse until the weather is much warmer.

Baby & Me at the farm 2026!

Eight Tuesday morning sessions from 10 – 11, beginning July 7

We had such a positive response to this new program last year and we can’t wait to welcome you to The Jungle Farm again this summer! Every Tuesday morning you will have time to chat and connect with one another, to pick in-season vegetables and to explore our farm together. Each visit will feature a community expert who will share some important and fun information about nurturing your baby. Thank you for trusting us to share helpful information during this special time for your family! We want to support you as you learn new things, make connections, and take a nice deep breath in the great outdoors while you visit our farm each week.

Tuesdays and Wednesdays are now full.

ABC Preschool Program 2026


There is still room available on Thursdays July 9 – August 27

and Friday Drop-In  

Join us to learn your alphabet in our garden. Each week we will learn about a letter, its sound and a fruit or vegetable that starts with that letter. You and your children will take a trip to our garden where you will learn how to pick that vegetable and of course you will be able to taste. Cost is $120 per family for the whole 8 weeks. Preregistration is required. Would your group like to have your own program, we can customize a program for you. Contact us for details. Also available is our drop in program for families who can not make every week – details on the application form.

1000 Outside Hour Challenge 2026

This popular summer program for ages 6-12 is back! We have created a fun and educational outside program on our farm. This is a two hour program available on Wednesday mornings from 10 a.m. to 12 noon through the summer.

Thursday July 9 – August 27
10 am – 12 noon

We are thrilled to offer this land-based adventure in our new Forest Walk at The Jungle Farm! Geared towards youth ages 11-16, participants will learn about wild foods and wild crafting, medicinal flowers, composting, the importance of supporting insects and modern preservation methods. As part of the Indigenous learning that steams naturally from the Forest Walk, there will also be time for reflection of our place on the land.

Field to the Jar - Jam Making

Expected late July or Early August 2026

It’s a one-of-a-kind hands-on experience as we make your own jam! We will share each step along the way through the whole process starting from picking the berries to filling jars! Each participant will take home a jar of handmade strawberry jam. The class is from 10-12 am. This course will be limited to cohort groups. A minimum of 8 participants are required to run a course. Email to book a date.

Pre-registration is required for one of the scheduled classes.

Pumpkin Season Kick-Off

Celebrate the autumn season by picking pumpkins at our farm!

Pop into our pick-your-own pumpkin patch to pick the perfect pumpkin! Our patch is a great family tradition for many of our customers and we are sure you will love the adventure of picking your own pumpkin straight off the vine! Fall is a wonderful time on the farm.
