Eight Tuesday morning sessions from 10 – 11, beginning July 7
We had such a positive response to this new program last year and we can’t wait to welcome you to The Jungle Farm again this summer! Every Tuesday morning you will have time to chat and connect with one another, to pick in-season vegetables and to explore our farm together. Each visit will feature a community expert who will share some important and fun information about nurturing your baby. Thank you for trusting us to share helpful information during this special time for your family! We want to support you as you learn new things, make connections, and take a nice deep breath in the great outdoors while you visit our farm each week.
Tuesday July 7- August 25
Wednesday July 8 – August 26
Thursday July 9 – August 27
Join us to learn your alphabet in our garden. Each week we will learn about a letter, its sound and a fruit or vegetable that starts with that letter. You and your children will take a trip to our garden where you will learn how to pick that vegetable and of course you will be able to taste. Cost is $120 per family for the whole 8 weeks. Preregistration is required. Would your group like to have your own program, we can customize a program for you. Contact us for details. Also available is our drop in program for families who can not make every week – details on the application form.

We are thrilled to offer this land-based adventure in our new Forest Walk at The Jungle Farm! Geared towards youth ages 11-16, participants will learn about wild foods and wild crafting, medicinal flowers, composting, the importance of supporting insects and modern preservation methods. As part of the Indigenous learning that steams naturally from the Forest Walk, there will also be time for reflection of our place on the land.
